FoodRush is a modern, mobile-first food delivery web application inspired by Foodpanda, designed to make ordering meals from local restaurants fast, simple, and enjoyable. Built with React, Vite, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, and powered by a Lovable Cloud backend, the platform combines an appetizing visual style — a signature pink and white theme, Poppins typography, and smooth Framer Motion animations — with a clean, card-based interface that works beautifully across devices. On the home page, users are welcomed by a bold hero section promising delicious food delivered in under 30 minutes, free delivery on orders above $20, and a 50% off first-order promotion. Below, they can browse popular categories such as Fast Food, Pizza, Chinese, BBQ, Desserts, Healthy, Coffee, and Biryani, explore rotating offers, and discover featured restaurants like Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dragon Palace, BBQ Nation, Sweet Delights, and Green Bowl, each with ratings, delivery times, fees, and active discounts. Customers can open any restaurant to view its full menu with descriptions, prices, and popular tags, then add dishes to a persistent cart managed by Zustand. A dedicated cart page lets shoppers review items and proceed to checkout, while a login page and Lovable Cloud authentication support user accounts. A track order page keeps buyers informed about the status of their delivery in real time. Beyond the core ordering flow, FoodRush includes a complete set of support and legal pages — Help Center, Contact Us, FAQs, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy — all linked from a consistent footer. The architecture is prepared for expansion into three roles (Customer, Restaurant Admin, and Super Admin), Stripe payments, and richer analytics, making it a solid foundation for a production-ready, Pakistan- or global-ready food delivery marketplace.
